What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Consumer Skincare finance organization, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics. You will collaborate closely with finance and business unit leadership teams to analyze and report on results, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in developing the annual operating plan and providing thought leadership in business intelligence initiatives. You will take charge of continuous improvement efforts, identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance financial controls and reporting processes. Your ability to navigate a dynamic environment and drive results will be essential as you partner with key stakeholders across the organization.
