You have 5+ years of backend engineering experience, particularly in building and maintaining production systems. You understand the intricacies of cloud infrastructure and have a proven track record of implementing scalable solutions that enhance developer productivity.

Your expertise includes working with container orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and you have a strong foundation in networking and security best practices. You are passionate about defining best practices and mentoring others, ensuring that your team can move quickly and reliably in a high-growth environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the core platform services and tools that enhance reliability and security for all engineering teams. You will help drive the technical roadmap for our cloud infrastructure, promoting architecture principles focused on simplicity, scalability, and cost efficiency.

You will design, implement, and maintain core platform services that empower our product teams. Your contributions will directly impact the operational excellence of our backend foundation, ensuring that we can support over 350,000 connections to business customers’ financial systems.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and drive the evolution of our mission-critical platform. Your role will involve hands-on implementation and continuous improvement of our backend services, focusing on performance and security.
