Who you are

You have a strong background in B2B marketing, particularly in demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM). With a hands-on, data-driven approach, you thrive on experimenting across various channels to drive measurable results. Your experience includes collaborating closely with sales teams to define ideal customer profiles and account lists, ensuring that marketing efforts align with business development goals.

You possess deep familiarity with CRM and automation tools like HubSpot, and you are comfortable managing both paid and organic marketing strategies. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data and dashboards effectively, optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics. You have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build a scalable B2B growth engine for Codat's Spend Insights product and future offerings. You will develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that encompasses the entire marketing funnel, from awareness to pipeline. Your responsibilities will include designing and managing ABM and persona-based marketing campaigns targeting key accounts within the top 50 North American commercial banks.

You will partner with sales to define ideal customer profiles and create personalized marketing plays that resonate with decision-makers. Implementing lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing strategies will be crucial to moving prospects efficiently down the funnel. You will also manage paid media campaigns, ensuring that they align with overall marketing objectives and contribute to business growth.
