You are proficient in Linux and have experience with containerization technologies like Docker, which you use to streamline deployment processes. You understand the importance of reducing bias in technical interviews and are passionate about creating inclusive tech communities.

You possess strong problem-solving skills and can troubleshoot complex issues in real-time. Your experience with cloud providers such as AWS enables you to optimize costs while maintaining high availability. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and enjoy partnering with engineering teams to deliver fast and efficient product updates. You have a proactive approach to monitoring and incident management, ensuring that systems are always performing at their best.

What you'll do

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at CoderPad, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability of our AI-augmented technical interviewing platform. You will work closely with the engineering team to design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines that enhance deployment efficiency. Your role will involve capacity planning and performance tuning to ensure that our services can handle the demands of over 4,000 customers across 165 countries.

You will lead initiatives to improve system observability and monitoring, utilizing tools that provide insights into system performance and user experience. Your expertise will guide the team in implementing best practices for incident response and disaster recovery, ensuring minimal downtime and a seamless experience for users. You will also contribute to the development of infrastructure as code, enabling the team to manage resources efficiently and consistently.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. You will collaborate with product managers and designers to align technical capabilities with user needs, ensuring that our platform remains at the forefront of the technical interview space.
