What you'll do

In this role, you will be the backbone of Cohere's People Operations team, responsible for building and optimizing processes that enhance the employee experience. You will serve as the go-to resource for employees and contractors globally, addressing inquiries with actionable solutions. You will administer and optimize the company's global employee benefits programs, ensuring they meet the needs of a diverse workforce. You will support the onboarding program for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.

You will maintain accurate and compliant employee data in all systems, such as BambooHR, ensuring integrity across the board. You will collaborate with various teams to foster a culture of collaboration and support, helping to solve complex challenges that arise within the organization. Your role will be instrumental in driving exceptional employee experiences and contributing to the overall mission of Cohere.
