TouchBistro is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support HR strategies and enhance employee engagement. You'll work closely with leaders on various HR functions. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a hands-on approach.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in human resources, ideally with experience as an HR Business Partner. You are comfortable building relationships and coaching leaders, demonstrating sound judgment in handling real-world people situations. Your strategic orientation is complemented by a hands-on approach, allowing you to effectively monitor employee engagement levels and provide actionable insights. You are adept at leveraging HR data and people analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to advise employees and leaders on employment-related matters effectively.
Desirable
Experience in organizational design and talent assessment is a plus. Familiarity with compliance and employee relations will enhance your ability to support various client groups. You are proactive in evaluating existing processes and identifying automation opportunities to drive efficiency within the HR function.
What you'll do
In this role, you will deliver coaching in areas such as performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. You will act as an HR Business Partner to various client groups, demonstrating both strategic insight and a hands-on approach. Your responsibilities will include generating and interpreting reports with key metrics, advising employees and leaders on employment matters, and developing HR policies and programs. You will partner with client groups to understand the business environment and unique challenges, sharing insights back with the HR team to foster a collaborative atmosphere.
