What you'll do

As a Product Manager at Cohere, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap for our Search and Embeddings initiatives. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to develop and refine our generative and retrieval models, ensuring they meet the needs of our users. You will lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and beyond.

You will conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product enhancements and new features. Your role will involve setting success metrics and analyzing product performance to drive continuous improvement. You will also coordinate go-to-market strategies, ensuring that our products are effectively positioned and communicated to our target audiences.
