What you'll do

As a Product Manager at Point72, you will partner with product strategists to ensure a deep understanding of user needs and challenges. You will lead discovery sessions with engineering and design teams, fostering an empowered team model to develop innovative solutions. Your role will involve managing the complete suite of research tools, ensuring they support investment professionals effectively.

You will continuously identify opportunities to integrate AI-driven features into firm platforms, enhancing usability and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with senior leadership and front-line professionals to uncover opportunities and prioritize solutions that align with the firm's strategic goals. You will also be responsible for defining metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and ensuring that the tools developed are compliant and user-friendly.

Point72 offers a competitive salary range of $185,000-$210,000, along with discretionary bonus compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
