What you'll do

As a Research Intern at Cohere, you will collaborate with our team of researchers to design and implement innovative research ideas that push the boundaries of AI technology. You will have the opportunity to work on projects involving base model training, retrieval augmented generation, data evaluation, safety, and fine-tuning. Your role will involve contributing to the development and deployment of state-of-the-art models, ensuring they meet the high standards we set for our products. You will engage in discussions about research methodologies and findings, helping to shape the direction of our projects. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall mission of scaling intelligence to serve humanity.
