What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with researchers and product teams to identify and refine research questions related to AI-powered user workflows. You will either own a scoped qualitative research project or support ongoing research initiatives, depending on business needs. Your work will contribute to clear insights and actionable recommendations for product partners, helping to enhance user experience and engagement with AI features.

You will engage in hands-on research, utilizing tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude to explore user interactions and gather data. Throughout the internship, you will receive one-on-one mentorship and regular feedback, allowing you to develop your skills and build a strong professional network. You will also have the opportunity to present your work and insights to cross-functional stakeholders, showcasing your contributions to the team.

What we offer

This full-time, 12-week summer internship offers a competitive compensation range of $5,500—$6,000 CAD. You will be part of Dropbox's Virtual First work culture, connecting with colleagues virtually and in-person to foster relationships and collaboration.
