What you'll do
As an Institutional Prime Client Services Specialist, you will serve as a subject matter expert for Coinbase’s institutional suite of products, including Prime and Custody. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. Your role will involve understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and addressing any issues that arise.
You will collaborate closely with various teams within Coinbase to enhance the client experience and drive product adoption.
