You are a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You possess fluency in both English and German, with advanced proficiency in spoken and written communication in both languages. Your analytical skills enable you to resolve customer issues effectively while fostering strong relationships with users. You are hospitable and understand the importance of providing high standards of service, especially to key members of the community, including the Luxury segment. You are ready to take ownership of cases and ensure complete resolution.

What you'll do

As a CS Specialist in Premium Support, you will function on the front line, interacting directly with both customers and internal stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to provide end-to-end support to key members of our community, ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of service. You will take ownership of cases, working diligently to resolve issues while maintaining strong relationships with users. Your role will involve analyzing customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement in service delivery. You will collaborate with various teams within Airbnb to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to the success of the Premium Support team.
