What you'll do
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the hands-on configuration and ongoing optimization of Coinbase's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems. You will provide deep technical and operational support to the Institutional roles, ensuring that the systems are efficient and effective in meeting the company's needs. You will collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the overall performance of the CLM systems. Your role will involve analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will also participate in team and company-wide offsites to foster collaboration and alignment among colleagues.
