Your expertise in cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Snowflake allows you to navigate technical challenges effectively and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.

You possess strong communication skills and can engage with executives and project resources alike — your ability to articulate project scope, budget, and timelines ensures that all parties are aligned and informed. You thrive in a remote-first environment, demonstrating autonomy and ownership in your work while fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.

Your analytical mindset enables you to identify growth opportunities within existing customer relationships — you understand the importance of assessing customer needs and aligning project deliverables to maximize value. You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each one receives the attention it deserves.

Desirable

Experience with data integration tools like Fivetran and dbt is a plus, as is familiarity with data governance and compliance standards. A background in working with global teams across different time zones will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Program Manager at phData, you will define and deliver high-complexity projects that have a significant impact on our customers and the organization as a whole.
