Netflix is hiring a Program Manager for their Legal Ops team to streamline processes and optimize workflows. You'll collaborate with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to implement solutions that enhance efficiencies. This role is based in Los Angeles.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in legal operations or data governance. You excel at translating complex contract lifecycle needs into scalable operational requirements, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Your ability to design and implement data standards and governance frameworks is complemented by your understanding of automation and GenAI innovations.
You are a proactive communicator and a thought-partner to legal and business stakeholders, adept at managing cross-functional teams and promoting the adoption of governance practices. Your experience includes configuring and scaling Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) environments, ensuring data integrity, and delivering self-service insights to the business. You are comfortable managing vendor relationships and overseeing high-touch data remediation processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the primary steward for contract data, driving cross-functional alignment and promoting best practices in data governance. You will lead end-to-end project implementations, authoring strategy memos, writing requirements, and defining milestones. Your responsibilities will include mapping dependencies and ensuring that all project deliverables meet accuracy standards. You will collaborate closely with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to streamline processes and optimize workflows, ultimately enhancing the efficiency of the Legal ecosystem at Netflix.
You will also be responsible for managing a team of vendors, ensuring their output meets the high standards expected by Netflix. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data governance, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion within the team, recognizing that diverse perspectives lead to stronger outcomes.
