What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Base Ecosystem team at Coinbase, focusing on building and enhancing the onchain platform. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's mission to increase economic freedom. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that meet user needs and drive adoption.

You will conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Your insights will inform product development and help prioritize features that deliver the most value to users. You will also be involved in setting key performance indicators and measuring the success of your initiatives.

As a Senior Manager, you will mentor and guide your team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
