What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Trust & Safety Operations and Investigations, you will lead a dedicated team focused on protecting Coinbase customers from account takeovers, scams, and fraud. You will develop and implement strategies that enhance the user experience while ensuring robust security measures are in place. Your role will involve analyzing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, allowing you to proactively address potential risks.

You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate security features into the user experience, ensuring that safety measures do not hinder usability. Additionally, you will oversee investigations into security incidents, working to resolve issues swiftly and effectively while maintaining clear communication with affected customers.
