You have a strong background in data analytics and are experienced in leading data-driven initiatives within an organization. As the first data analytics hire at CoinGecko, you will have the opportunity to shape the data culture and best practices from the ground up. You understand the importance of data in driving business decisions and are passionate about fostering a data-centric environment. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your experience in the cryptocurrency or financial sectors is a plus, as it will help you navigate the unique challenges of this industry. You are proactive and self-motivated, ready to take on the responsibility of leading data analytics efforts.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the data and product analytics strategy at CoinGecko, ensuring that data is effectively utilized across the organization. You will work closely with various teams to drive data adoption and help them leverage insights for decision-making. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing analytics frameworks, conducting data analysis, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
