Job Description
Who you are
You have over 6 years of experience in an analytics role within a data services or product firm, showcasing your ability to handle complex data challenges. Your strong knowledge of SQL for ETL processes is complemented by familiarity with scripting languages like Python, which will be beneficial in transforming and analyzing data effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, guiding and mentoring your team in best practices for data handling and ensuring quality deliverables. Your communication skills allow you to relay technical and non-technical information clearly, making you a valuable asset in discussions with stakeholders.
What you'll do
As a Lead Data Analyst at Innovaccer, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers explore their healthcare data. You will design and build workflows on the Data Activation Platform, pulling data from client systems while adhering to internal standards and industry best practices. Your responsibilities will include reviewing team deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy, as well as monitoring and tuning workflows for high availability in production environments. You will also be involved in creating easy-to-digest analytical reports tailored for US healthcare customers, contributing to the overall goal of improving population health and reducing healthcare costs.
