You have 5+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, adept at building data models that inform business decisions and drive product improvements. Your strong technical skills in SQL and Python allow you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, while your experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Looker enables you to present insights clearly to stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights. You are familiar with data warehousing concepts and have experience with ETL processes, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for analysis. Your curiosity drives you to explore new technologies and methodologies, including AI and automation, to enhance analytics workflows.
Desirable
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS is a plus, as is familiarity with data orchestration tools like Airflow. You have a solid understanding of data modeling techniques and can design efficient data structures that support analytical needs. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, as you can bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
What you'll do
As a Senior Analytics Engineer at Color, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the foundational data models that power insights into our cancer screening programs. You will partner with teams across Data, Product, and Engineering to define and maintain trusted technical definitions that support experimentation and ensure accurate measurement of program success. Your role will involve delivering dashboards and metrics that help stakeholders understand the impact of our initiatives and identify areas for improvement. You will also look for patterns in stakeholder needs and experiment with AI and automation to scale analytics workflows, unlocking new capabilities for the organization. Your contributions will directly support Color's mission to transform cancer care by enabling data-driven decisions at scale.
