Color is hiring a Cancer Screening Advocate to coordinate screening appointments and ensure timely access to care for patients. This role is fully remote and requires strong organizational skills.

You are someone who is passionate about improving cancer care and ensuring that patients have timely access to screening services. You understand the importance of coordination in healthcare and are committed to providing support to patients throughout their healthcare journeys. You possess excellent communication skills and are able to effectively liaise between patients and healthcare teams, ensuring that every step of the scheduling process is smooth and well-documented.

You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable using technology to facilitate communication and coordination. You are empathetic and understand the challenges that patients face when navigating cancer care. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple appointments and ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded and communicated.

What you'll do

As a Cancer Screening Advocate, you will play a vital role in coordinating screening appointments for patients across the United States. You will serve as the key link between patients and Color's care team, ensuring that patients receive the support they need throughout the scheduling process. Your responsibilities will include managing appointment logistics, communicating with external facilities, and documenting all interactions to maintain a clear record of patient care.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive high-quality, physician-led care. Your role will involve understanding the various services offered by Color, including cancer genetics risk assessment and at-home screening diagnostics, and effectively communicating these options to patients. You will also be responsible for following up with patients to ensure they have the information and support they need to complete their screenings successfully.
