What you'll do
As a Sales Director at Color, you will be responsible for driving growth within the Mid Market Employer team, focusing on companies with 750 to 5,000 employees. You will lead the full sales cycle, which includes sourcing and developing opportunities, guiding customers through complex decisions, and closing new employer partner deals. Your role will involve collaborating closely with a comprehensive support team to ensure alignment and maximize your effectiveness in the field.
You will engage with some of the nationβs most influential employers, presenting Colorβs innovative cancer care solutions and demonstrating how they can address critical gaps in cancer care. Your efforts will contribute to shaping Colorβs growth and product direction, making a meaningful impact on the healthcare landscape. You will also be expected to track and report on sales metrics, providing insights that will help refine strategies and improve outcomes.
