What you'll do
As a Sales Director at Color, you will lead the charge in expanding our footprint in the Large Market segment, focusing on employers with 5,000 to 20,000 employees. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from sourcing and developing opportunities to nurturing relationships and closing deals. Your role will involve engaging with some of the nation's most influential employers, guiding them through complex decisions regarding cancer care solutions.
You will collaborate with a comprehensive support team that includes Consultant Relations, Sales Development, Marketing, and Ecosystem Partnerships. Together, you will unlock opportunities and accelerate the sales process, ensuring that Color's innovative cancer care solutions reach those who need them most. Your insights will help shape Color's growth and product direction, making a meaningful impact on cancer care across the country.
