You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in subscription services or e-commerce. You thrive in ambiguous environments and can turn insights into actionable product strategies. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, is essential for success in this role. You are data-driven and understand how to leverage analytics to inform product decisions. You are comfortable working closely with senior leadership, including co-founders, to shape product direction and company strategy. You are passionate about enhancing customer experiences and driving retention through innovative solutions.
What you'll do
As a Product Manager at Recharge, you will own and evolve key parts of the merchant and end customer experience. You will explore new product opportunities, conducting user research and validating concepts through experimentation. Collaborating with the product team, you will prioritize features and enhancements that align with company goals. You will define success metrics and track performance to ensure that product initiatives drive revenue growth.
