Recharge is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape product capabilities and drive market adoption. You'll collaborate with Product, Design, and Sales teams to define positioning and go-to-market strategies. This role requires strong strategic thinking and communication skills.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a tech or subscription-based environment — you've successfully launched products and driven market adoption through effective positioning and messaging strategies. Your ability to operate in ambiguity and influence product direction through market insights sets you apart. You excel at crafting compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. Strong collaboration skills are essential as you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Sales to align on strategies and execution. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and optimize marketing efforts. You are passionate about customer retention and understand the nuances of subscription models, which allows you to effectively communicate value propositions to merchants.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the product positioning and messaging for Recharge's offerings, ensuring that they align with market needs and customer expectations. You will lead the go-to-market strategy for both new product launches and established product lines, working closely with various teams to ensure successful execution. Your responsibilities will include defining key messaging frameworks, creating marketing collateral, and enabling sales teams with the necessary tools and narratives to drive adoption. You will also conduct market research to gather insights that inform product development and marketing strategies. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Recharge's product offerings and driving growth through effective marketing initiatives. You will be expected to measure the success of your strategies and iterate based on performance data, ensuring that Recharge remains a leader in the subscription space.
