What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Homebase's Hiring Assistant product — from defining positioning and messaging to executing launch campaigns and optimizing performance. You will conduct thorough research to identify high-potential customer segments and translate insights into actionable targeting strategies. Collaborating with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, you will develop and execute growth campaigns that drive usage and conversion, ensuring that the product resonates with the target audience. You will analyze campaign performance metrics and iterate on strategies to maximize impact. Your role will also involve presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the product line. You will play a critical role in shaping how small businesses hire, helping them do so faster, better, and smarter.
