Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in transaction services or related fields. You understand the importance of delivering critical infrastructure and shared capabilities that power flagship products. You are comfortable working directly with engineering teams and collaborating with Principal PMs to ensure that platform capabilities meet product needs.

You excel at defining and monitoring platform metrics, establishing SLAs, and measuring the impact of your services on developer productivity. You are skilled at making technical product decisions and balancing performance with user needs. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures that you can drive product strategy and execution successfully.

What you'll do

As the Product Manager for Transaction Services, you will own and execute the product strategy for your platform squad. You will define the roadmap for specific platform services and capabilities, leading your engineering squad through discovery, design, and delivery of solutions that meet the needs of multiple product teams. You will partner directly with Principal Product Managers to understand flagship product requirements and ensure that platform services support their needs.

You will be responsible for ensuring that transaction data flowing through the ComplyAdvantage platform is structured, enriched, and searchable, whether it involves card payments, bank transfers, or crypto transactions. Your work will directly enable Transaction Monitoring and Payment Screening products to detect financial crime in real-time at scale. You will define and monitor platform metrics for your services, establishing SLAs and measuring impact on developer productivity.
