You have 2+ years of product management experience, ideally within a technology-driven environment. You understand the dynamics of two-sided marketplaces and can navigate the complexities of balancing the needs of both consumers and business customers. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data and customer feedback to inform product decisions, ensuring that solutions are beneficial for all stakeholders involved.
You possess a strong technical acumen, particularly in areas related to auction dynamics and offer ranking. Your familiarity with Machine Learning models enables you to contribute to product strategy effectively. You are a natural collaborator, able to lead cross-functional teams and communicate project statuses clearly across various stakeholders.
What you'll do
As a Product Manager at TripAdvisor, you will own the product roadmap for the Hotels Product team, focusing on enhancing the platform's features for both travelers and suppliers. You will develop requirements and specifications that align with the product strategy and competitive positioning, ensuring that all developments are informed by customer insights and technical feasibility. You will lead cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, managing product features from conception through to launch.
