You understand the complexities of compliance and risk management, and you are passionate about creating exceptional value for customers. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your analytical mindset allows you to define metrics for success and make data-driven decisions that enhance product performance. You are comfortable navigating regulatory landscapes and have a strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes. You are a strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with short-term execution, ensuring that product initiatives align with business goals.
What you'll do
As the Principal Product Manager for Customer Screening, you will own the complete product strategy and roadmap for this critical business line. You will define the vision and strategy for customer screening and ongoing monitoring, ensuring that these processes meet regulatory compliance requirements. You will work autonomously to drive significant business outcomes, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to develop transformative solutions. You will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that the product meets the needs of users and aligns with market trends. You will analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on features and improve the overall user experience.
