Who you are
You have a strong background in product design, with experience owning design initiatives from start to finish — you understand the importance of collaboration and are comfortable working with multiple teams to create exceptional user experiences. Your expertise in design systems allows you to advocate for best practices while iterating on designs at various fidelity levels, from prototypes to polished artifacts.
You are a proactive communicator, able to articulate your design vision in written, verbal, and visual forms — this skill helps you create alignment among stakeholders and move projects towards implementation. Your understanding of technical constraints enables you to balance innovation with practicality, knowing when to compromise and when to push for design excellence.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Designer at ConductorOne, you will take ownership of design initiatives, guiding projects from definition through development and optimization. You will design exceptional products that prioritize high-functioning user experiences, ensuring that every detail contributes to the overall impact of the design.
