What you'll do

As the Manager of Product Development at ConductorOne, you will lead and manage small engineering teams responsible for building and shipping product features. You will drive execution from concept to production, ensuring that your teams deliver high-quality, impactful features on schedule. Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with Product and Design to define clear goals and balance trade-offs to deliver seamless user experiences. You will empower your engineers to take ownership of their services, guiding them through the development process and ensuring they have the support they need to succeed.

You will be accountable for the overall execution, quality, and delivery of your team's work, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your role will involve hiring and developing exceptional engineers, creating a supportive environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
