Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience working on successful digital consumer products. You are comfortable conducting user interviews and have a knack for understanding consumer needs deeply. Your analytical skills allow you to dig into databases and extract meaningful insights that inform product decisions. You are proficient in wireframing tools like Miro and are not afraid to dogfood the latest app releases to ensure quality and user satisfaction. You possess empathy for consumers and are passionate about solving their financial problems in innovative ways. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and legal to achieve shared goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take direction from leadership to drive key objectives while outlining a roadmap with your product team to achieve successful outcomes. You will lead the discovery process to form a deep understanding of users and uncover the products and features that will empower them. Your responsibilities will include capturing and analyzing data to make informed decisions, championing your products within the team and across the company, and ensuring that the solutions you develop truly meet consumer needs. You will also engage in regular collaboration with various stakeholders to align on product vision and execution strategies. Your ability to synthesize feedback and iterate on product features will be crucial to your success in this role.
