What you'll do

In this role, you will coordinate interviews for Intern, New Grad, and Sales Development candidates, ensuring that each candidate has a welcoming and efficient experience. You will partner with recruiters to manage high-volume phone and video interviews, maintaining job postings on career websites and within our recruitment system. Additionally, you will assist in the logistics and shipping of promotional items for strategic events related to Early Talent and Recruiting. You will also support the planning and scheduling of on-site events throughout the year, ensuring that all details are meticulously handled. Your role will involve managing travel arrangements for out-of-town candidates and ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process to keep candidates informed and engaged.
