Confluent is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their EMEA Sales team. You'll be responsible for closing transactional deals and supporting Account Executives in driving new revenue. This role requires a motivated and growth-minded individual.

Who you are
You are a motivated individual with a growth mindset, eager to join Confluent's EMEA Sales team as an Inside Sales Representative. You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can ask hard questions and provide honest feedback. Your ability to work well with others is essential, as you will support a group of Account Executives in closing transactional deals and landing new logos. You understand the importance of positioning Confluent's leading data streaming platform effectively to drive new revenue within your assigned territory.
Desirable
Experience in sales or a related field is a plus, but what matters most is your willingness to learn and grow within the role. You should be comfortable engaging with clients and have a passion for technology and data streaming. A background in technology sales or familiarity with data infrastructure can set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on closing transactional deals while collaborating closely with Account Executives. Your primary responsibility will be to land new logos, which involves identifying potential clients and effectively communicating the value of Confluent's data streaming solutions. You will work within the account team to strategize and execute sales initiatives that align with the company's goals. Your contributions will help drive new revenue and expand Confluent's market presence.
