You have experience with Open-Telemetry and Kubernetes, and you are adept at collecting, shipping, storing, and querying telemetry data — your technical skills allow you to improve developer velocity and resource efficiency effectively. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will architect, design, build, and operate end-to-end solutions for observability — your work will focus on collecting and analyzing Open-Telemetry signals from various infrastructures, including application containers and Kubernetes clusters. You will ensure that the solutions you develop are reliable, efficient, and user-friendly, emphasizing self-service and multitenancy.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver impactful observability features — your contributions will directly influence how Confluent's global data streaming platform operates. You will also engage in continuous learning and improvement, sharing your insights and experiences with your team to foster a culture of growth.
