What you'll do

In this role, you will architect and develop platform services that are core to Confluent's cloud offerings. Your responsibilities will include designing scalable systems for authentication, authorization, and security management. You will lead efforts to implement observability and monitoring solutions, ensuring that all services are reliable and performant. Collaborating with engineering, security, and compliance teams, you will create secure-by-default building blocks that empower product teams. You will also be involved in incident response planning, helping to automate processes that enhance system reliability. Your work will directly contribute to the evolution of Confluent's data streaming platform, enabling organizations to leverage data in real-time.
