What you'll do

As an Observability Architect at Grafana, you will lead the charge in redefining how we partner with our customers post-sale. You will engage with clients to understand their unique observability challenges and design tailored solutions that leverage the Grafana LGTM Stack. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering teams to ensure that our observability tools are effectively integrated into client systems, providing them with the insights they need to monitor and optimize their operations.

You will also play a key role in educating clients on best practices for using Grafana's tools, helping them to maximize the value of their observability investments. By fostering strong relationships with clients, you will become a trusted advisor, guiding them through their observability journeys and ensuring their success with our products.
