What you'll do

As a Product Designer at Contentful, you will play a crucial role in the User Experience team, working closely with Marketing and Digital teams to define and deliver exceptional content experiences. You will engage in user research to deeply understand user needs and help stakeholders build empathy for the end-user. Your responsibilities will include facilitating discovery workshops, creating user journeys, concept maps, UI mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas. You will collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and meet user expectations. Your contributions will directly impact the usability of our product and the success of our business initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to explore new AI solutions that can enhance the design process and improve user experiences.
