What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key player in your cross-functional product development team, contributing to initiatives that enhance both your product team and the design guild's success. You will conduct primary research, including user interviews and usability testing, to deepen the team's understanding of customer needs. Your role will involve representing customer needs through your design work and facilitating workshops to shape requirements.
