What you'll do

In this role, you will lead end-to-end program management for complex, multi-team technical initiatives, from strategy and planning through execution and delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring that programs are executed effectively and that communication flows smoothly across teams. Your responsibilities will include identifying risks early, course correcting when necessary, and maintaining program structure and continuity.

You will be accountable for driving alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle. Your role will require you to manage dependencies and facilitate collaboration among teams, enabling them to deliver effectively together. You will also be responsible for providing clarity and momentum in environments characterized by ambiguity and competing priorities.
