You have over 6 years of experience in a technical program manager role, successfully guiding product and engineering-driven projects through all phases of the software development lifecycle. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively across organizations, influencing without direct authority and building strong partnerships with leadership to maintain roadmaps and lead planning meetings.

Your background in Agile methodologies equips you with the skills to implement Scrum and Kanban practices effectively. You understand the importance of clear program planning and transparent progress tracking, ensuring that teams can deliver their projects with efficiency and predictability.

You excel at breaking down silos and bridging communication gaps across teams and disciplines, including Product, Engineering, and Design. Your ability to drive discovery momentum from ideation to defined scope and requirements is a key asset in your role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Squarespace, you will oversee the product development lifecycle from start to finish. You will create clear and helpful plans throughout product discovery and delivery, detailing scope, milestones, tasks, roles and responsibilities, and risk mitigation strategies. Your role will involve tracking goal and project statuses, providing regular updates to project stakeholders, and ensuring that all teams are aligned and informed.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering an environment of open communication and shared goals. Your responsibilities will include leading planning meetings, implementing efficient communication practices, and continuously improving team processes to enhance productivity and project outcomes.

In this role, you will also be responsible for identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will be crucial in guiding teams through the complexities of product development, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.
