What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the planning, tracking, and completion of all implementation tasks throughout the customer’s technical onboarding process. You will work closely with Solution Architects to ensure that the architectural approach is followed and that the implementation is successful and timely. Your responsibilities will include managing resource allocations and budgets, as well as providing implementation consultation and training to customers.

You will be the primary point of contact for customers, establishing professional relationships that facilitate open communication and collaboration. Your insights into customer interactions with Contentful will be invaluable, providing real-world context that informs product development and enhancements. You will also be responsible for reporting and managing risks, adapting strategies as necessary to overcome obstacles and ensure project success.
