Overview

Lightship is hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-disciplinary projects in the development of all-electric recreational vehicles. This role requires strong systems engineering and project management skills.

Who you are

You have a strong foundation in systems engineering and project management principles — you've successfully led complex projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Your experience allows you to provide technical leadership within engineering teams and effectively communicate with operations, quality, and business stakeholders.

You are comfortable making daily decisions, managing schedules, budgets, and risks — your ability to translate technical requirements into actionable tasks has been key to your success in previous roles. You thrive in collaborative environments and understand the importance of aligning multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

You have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope — you identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to prevent impacts on cost, schedule, or quality. Your technical decision-making is informed by a system-level perspective, ensuring long-term impacts are considered.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Project Manager at Lightship, you will lead cross-disciplinary projects that drive the development of innovative all-electric recreational vehicles. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure that projects are executed effectively and align with the company's strategic objectives.
