You are adept at multitasking and prioritizing in fast-paced environments, demonstrating the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Your experience in the Tech or SaaS sector is a plus, as it gives you a better understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this industry. You possess strong Excel skills, including proficiency in VBA, which enhances your ability to analyze and present financial data effectively.

Desirable

Experience in the Tech or SaaS sector is beneficial but not required. Familiarity with Workday Financials will give you an edge in this role, as it is a tool used for financial management within the company.

What you'll do

In this role, you will report to the RTR Manager and be responsible for a range of general accounting activities. You will support day-to-day general ledger operations, including posting journal entries and performing account reconciliations. Your contributions will be vital during monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, ensuring that all processes adhere to local GAAP and IFRS standards. You will maintain accurate records for prepaid expenses, accruals, and fixed assets, playing a key role in the financial health of the organization.

You will participate in the preparation of internal and external financial reports, collaborating closely with teams such as FP&A to provide insights and support decision-making processes. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential as you work with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure that financial reporting is timely and accurate. You will also be expected to contribute to process improvements within the accounting function, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
