What you'll do
As a Chef De Partie, you will assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations, focusing on the preparation and presentation of food for various events. You will ensure that all meals are prepared and served promptly, adhering to the company's standards and the satisfaction of delegates. Under the guidance of the Head Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation of food needed for consumption in the restaurant and during special functions. You will also ensure that all methods of preparation and presentation comply with recognized catering standards. Your role will involve collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow and contribute to the overall success of the events hosted by Convene.
