What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the venue and its facilities in excellent condition. This includes performing routine housekeeping duties such as cleaning, mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing glass throughout the venue. You will ensure that all meeting rooms and public areas are set to company standards, providing a professional and friendly atmosphere for clients and guests. You will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, training staff to meet minimum legal requirements, and providing proactive customer service in a standards-driven role. Your work will contribute to creating unforgettable moments for clients and guests, making their experience at Convene truly special.
