What you'll do

As the House Director, you will be the strategic and operational heartbeat of the NeueHouse Madison Square location. You will be responsible for the commercial success and financial health of the venue, ensuring that it meets the high expectations of members and guests alike. Your role will involve providing executive oversight to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience is executed with precision and hospitality. You will drive initiatives that enhance the member experience, optimize operational processes, and cultivate a culture of excellence within your team.

You will collaborate closely with Convene Hospitality Group Leadership to align on strategic goals and operational priorities. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and implementing strategies to increase revenue. You will also play a key role in developing and executing innovative programming that engages members and enhances the overall experience at NeueHouse Madison Square.
