CFGI is seeking a Managing Director to lead the FP&A Advisory team and drive business transformation initiatives. You'll leverage your expertise in financial consulting and technology solutions, including Power BI and ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in financial consulting with at least 10 years of experience, ideally in a leadership role. Your strategic mindset allows you to influence clients' financial and business decisions effectively. You excel in developing go-to-market strategies and building strong client relationships, ensuring that CFGI's FP&A Advisory practice thrives. Your hands-on approach to business transformation initiatives aligns finance with broader organizational strategies, showcasing your ability to diagnose root problems and recommend effective solutions.
You possess a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis, enabling you to assess clients' business challenges and identify opportunities for growth. Your experience with ERP technologies such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday equips you to provide best-in-class business partnering support. You are adept at communicating complex financial concepts clearly to clients, documenting requirements, and articulating the value proposition for various finance transformation solutions.
Desirable
Experience with Power BI and other data visualization tools is a plus, as is familiarity with financial risk management and business development initiatives. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.
What you'll do
As the Managing Director at CFGI, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our FP&A Advisory team. You will lead project teams engaged in delivering a wide range of business transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between finance and business strategy. Your responsibilities will include developing and applying finance strategies that address clients' needs and gaps, managing financial risks, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
You will oversee the delivery of quality reports and analyses that inform business decisions, providing insights into sales and spending trends.
