Who you are
You have a strong background in account management with a focus on driving growth in designated categories. Your experience includes formulating strategies and initiatives that align with business goals, particularly in the Hardline sector, which encompasses Home, Auto, Outdoor & Sports, and Pets. You excel at building and managing relationships with merchants, ensuring their performance aligns with company objectives. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret merchant performance data effectively, enabling you to develop tailored growth strategies that drive business success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the designated category GMV goal using the Rocket Growth Model. You will formulate initiatives and strategies for the Hardline category, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Managing existing merchants in the East and North regions will be a key part of your responsibilities, where you will build and maintain strong relationships to foster business growth. You will analyze merchant performance data regularly, using insights to develop and implement tailored growth strategies that enhance performance and drive revenue. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you work to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the category. You will also be expected to stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform your strategies and initiatives.
