Who you are
You are an enthusiastic individual ready to take on the role of an Account Manager I at ZoomInfo, where you will manage a portfolio of approximately 175 existing customer accounts. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are driven by the prospect of exceeding goals and contributing to a high-performing team. Your ability to build relationships and leverage referrals will be key in uncovering new business opportunities within your client base. You are well-prepared for client meetings, showcasing professionalism and knowledge that captivates potential clients.
Desirable
Experience in sales or account management is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce. You understand the importance of preparation and research in client interactions, ensuring that you are always ready to provide value.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on account retention and growth, engaging with clients to understand their needs and how ZoomInfo can provide solutions. You will conduct engaging online product demos that not only showcase the product but also convert potential clients into loyal customers. Your responsibilities will include crafting accurate forecasts and managing pipelines within Salesforce, ensuring that you are always aware of your account status and potential growth opportunities. You will collaborate closely with your team to close deals over the phone, targeting the right individuals within existing clients to maximize ROI. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying opportunities for upselling and maintaining strong relationships with your clients.
